Service Coordinator
This position is an important part of our core daily ministry. A person serving in this position will coordinate direct ministry to homeless men through our meal ministry, overnight shelter, and other programs and services. There are full and part-time opportunities. Full-time includes a variety of activities throughout the day, and part-time focuses on meal service and check-in times. Part-time hours are 4–6 PM, 6–8 PM, or a combination of those, and occasional weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet new guests and provide information about Mission services and rules and complete initial intake form
- Assist donors with donation drop-offs
- Supper and check-in duties in scheduled rotation
- Conduct chapel services
- Ensure appropriate enforcement of Mission rules
